Returns and Refunds Policy

Our policy allows for a 14-day return period. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For several types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some items for health and personal care
For the purpose of return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable):
* Book with evident signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or unfulfilled refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Contact the issuing company of the credit card; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.
Contact your bank. Processing times are often required for the registration of a refund.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for items on sale.
Change (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at servizioclienti@aputiadocafe.com and ship the item to the following address: Via dei comuni 2/A 94013 Leonforte EN Italy.
Gifts
If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the return value. Upon receiving the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To make a return, please ship the product to the following address: Via dei comuni 2/A 94013 Leonforte EN Italy.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time required for the delivery of the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
